Our student-athletes, parents, schools, volunteers, donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders have many things in common—one of them is a desire to create robust support systems within underserved Chicago neighborhoods.
We are a growing community of collaborative and compassionate partners and teams, coaches and caregivers, teachers and thought leaders, big brands, and cheering fans.
With every fundraiser, team barbeque, and cheering fan, we grow our impact and outreach—and show our student-athletes how many people are ready to show up, support, and believe in them.
Our student-athletes regularly participate in community service for the same reason—they believe in the future of the communities they call home.

Underserved Chicago communities do not have the same support, resources, advocacy, opportunities, and education options as their surrounding neighborhoods—and that’s why we’re not going anywhere.
If you want to make a difference, consider making a monetary donation to OWLS Lacrosse. A monetary donation goes further than any other method of support.

Please select your volunteer preferences based on general availability and interest. There will be a required background check for new volunteers as well as required coaches meeting/training session for OWLS League volunteers.

To maintain a consistently safe, healthy, and confident playing environment, OWLS Lacrosse players are equipped with new sticks and protective gear whenever possible.
When sourcing gently used gear we work with third-party organizations such as ReLax Collections in order to ensure safety standards are met for our participants. While our players won’t always benefit directly from your gear donation, we want to ensure ALL lacrosse gear has a chance to change lives.
